Healthy & Yummy Chickpeas

Ingredients:
- 1 Prime Valley Canned Chickpeas
- 2 Fresh garlic cloves
- Smoked paprika
- Olive oil
- Salt
Directions:
- Mince the garlic
- Saute the garlic in olive oil for 1 minute.
- Cook until you start to smell it and it’s sizzling beautifully, but before it browns. This should take 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Add ready to eat canned chickpeas, smoked paprika, and salt for 2 minutes. Cook just until they’re just warmed through.
Best way to serve:
- With roasted veggies: Make roasted veggies and use these chickpeas as the protein.
- With pita triangles & fresh veggies:Cut pita bread into triangles, then add sliced tomatoes and cucumbers sprinkled with a little salt. Step it up by sprinkling with feta cheese.
